• Requests made more than 30 calendar days after purchase.
• Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service (content theft, scraping, account sharing).
• Chargebacks filed with your bank instead of contacting us first. We actively contest chargebacks on legitimate transactions and provide full usage logs as evidence. If you have an issue, please contact us directly and we will resolve it faster than your bank can.

4. After a Refund
